I have always been deeply curious about our human existence.

Why do we do the things we do? What separates us? What bonds us? What is the point of it all?

This curiosity has been with me all my life and through great adventures (and misadventures) around the world, I have immersed myself in diverse cultures, and belief systems, cultivating a profound appreciation for the intricate tapestry of the human experience and our fundamental interconnectedness—the belief that "I am, because you are."

My most significant adventure, however, has been the journey inward. I've navigated my own challenges, grappled with my sexual identity, confronted depression, anger, and self-doubt, and learned to transmute my own trauma into compassionate action.

This process of self-discovery, of coming home to Self, is the foundation of my work.

We dont just "get over" things, we build the capacity so that those things take up less time and energy; and we get to spend the free time and energy that comes from that, with things that light us up!
