An 8 week commitment to nurturing Self-Awareness; through art, movement, nature, meditation and more. This is a stock take of life, an evaluation of priorities and plan of action development.

Private Yoga

Through consistent yoga practice we develop a sense deep gratitude for our ability to move and function, to survive and to thrive not just on a physical level but also, on a mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual level.
