Unbound is a seven-week online immersion designed to guide you home to yourself through consistent somatic release, mindfulness techniques, and thought-provoking dialogue. By harnessing the synergy of somatic tools and deep inquiry, we navigate the journey from being "stuck in our heads" to being "free in our being."

Every Sunday for two hours, we cultivate a sanctuary—a space for you to explore what it means to be you, beyond the labels of external expectation.

These seven weeks are designed to equip you with the skills and somatic tools to:

Navigate Your Own Tension Release:
Gain the ability to comfortably initiate and regulate your body’s natural neurogenic tremors, allowing you to independently
release patterns of tension associated with stress and trauma.

Widen Your Window of Tolerance:
Implement practical protocols to help you "ride the waves" of life’s stressors, building the internal resilience and confidence
needed to manage triggers as they arise.

Audit Your Internal Landscape:
Identify habitual patterns of thought and behavior that no longer serve you, and learn how to implement the boundaries
necessary to protect your energy and purpose.

Contextualize Your Experience:
Explore the societal and relational dynamics that impact women today, providing you with a framework to navigate sex and
relationships with greater self-awareness and safety.

Advocate for Your Biology:
Deepen your knowledge of the body’s natural transitions (such as menopause), empowering you to advocate for your physical and emotional needs through every stage of womanhood.

It may be good to know:

You are not expected to share your personal thoughts and experiences with others in the group. Group interaction is encourgaed, but on YOUR terms.

Yoga and TRE can be adapted to accommodate many different body types and abilities. If you are concerned about the physical aspects of these modalities, please feel free to ask how I can guide you to use your body in the most safe, effective manner.

All sessions are online, but no recordings will be shared in order to honour the confidentiality and integrity of all participants.

A Whatsapp Group will be created and used as the main line of communcation for journal prompts, Monday motivations and general itinerary details.
