Through consistent yoga practice we develop a sense deep gratitude for our ability to move and function, to survive and to thrive not just on a physical level but on a mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual level. No matter ones culture or creed.

Private Yoga classes are taught in the style of Hatha Yoga incorporating all aspects of The 8 Limbs of Yoga, honouring the teaching of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras.
